"I didn’t have much time to prepare for my father’s passing. But a few days before I had done a bit of research and had come across NVBCS. Read very briefly and was thinking of contacting them on Monday but even before that day my father passed on Saturday evening. So I contacted them on Sunday morning. Spoke to the funeral director Karla. She was very patient and took her time explaining and answering all the questions I could think of as it was my first experience. Starting from retrieving my father’s body from the hospital to our visitation day in 3 days, she had done an impeccable job. My father looked really peaceful and well taken care of. We had a small room for an hour visitation and it was cozy and intimate for my family to spend the last time with my father. Karla was extremely understanding and accommodating. Then two days later, Karla met us down in Dale City at the crematory earlier than our appointment time. Once again she had everything so well prepared. She guided us thru the whole process so in detail that I was so relieved that I didn’t have to go around getting paper works and all at all.
All in all, I really appreciate what Karla did for us during the saddest time of my life. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE?"
