Doris “Dory” Elizabeth Chandler

Doris Elizabeth Chandler, 80, died Tuesday, October 22, 2024 at Burke, VA.

Dory was born at home on September 5, 1944 in Enhaut/Steelton, PA, to the late John Schenfelt and Elizabeth Schenfelt.  She is survived by her husband Frank (Ed).  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brother John C. Schenfelt.

She was formerly employed by: the U.S. Air Force, provided services as a U.S. Government contractor, and Roselle Center for Healing.  She was a founding member of Abiding Presence Lutheran Church, Burke, VA.

A graveside service will be held at a later date.
