Neil was such sweet and loving and funny person and loved by everyone he met. He was Army EOD for 25 years. He loved running in Spartan races and met so many people who became friends from the races. He truly made everyone who met him smile. Neil is survived by his Son and Daughter, 4 grand children and his Siblings. Funeral services with full military honors will be held at Quantico National Cemetery April 29, 2023 at 230pm.
