Betsy was an incredibly selfless and loving woman who would go without to make sure others had without any hesitation. If she knew you were struggling she’d pray for you, bake for you, or give you the warmest most loving hug. Her kindness extended to everyone and anyone.
Betsy loved nature. She loved hummingbirds, wolves, and often talked about the Blue Ridge Mountains. She loved thunderstorms and told those afraid of them that rain was angels crying and thunder was God bowling. Her favorite season was Winter because she loved the snow.
Betsy was a member of the Fairlington United Methodist Church. Every morning she would sit down and drink her coffee with International Delight Hazelnut creamer as she prayed and talked to God. Before bed, Betsy prayed and read the Bible she always kept near where she slept. She loved God and everything he created.
Betsy L. Quintanilla was a beloved mother, grandmother and friend. Betsy will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
